Commercial shoots can be large projects with only specific views desired. Because square footage is not relevant on these assignments, but rather specific images, angles, and details on a requested basis, these shoots are charged at a rate of $200 per hour, photography and aerial each, with time and scope agreed upon beforehand, one hour minimum.
